Apart from the initial training course that each and every MBE country conducts regularly for their new franchisees there is always something tailored to the needs of existing franchisees within the national network.
Mexico for example implemented a follow-up training which was developed especially for the new franchisees. It will be conducted as soon as the next initial training course terminates. Germany has a partnership with Canon which allows every new franchisee to attend a training session with the company’s printing experts at the company’s Headquarters. The program includes a visit during the night to the UPS hub in Cologne. This combination of theory and practice is highly appreciated and provided to the network 5 times a year. In Austria training concentrates mainly on soft skills : the franchisees and their teams are offered a two-step program focused on communication within the overall sales process near Vienna. Both networks are running an elaborate training program consisting of several modules aimed at improving the sales of international shipping in each store.
Japan is offering an individually adjusted sales training courses to their franchisees which take place “on-site” with the experienced sales staff of MBE Japan Inc. Italy has just revised their initial training program making it more practical and started to work intensely with a web- based video training-tool. This allows members of the network to choose from a list of suggested training dates and helps increasing their knowledge base as numerous attendees take part every time (allowing everyone to save on travel expenses too!!). Development is constant and substantial both within the MBE networks and within the headquarters teams of each country!
