Exchange of Expert Know-How in Panama

At Mail Boxes Etc. being part of an international network means not only to have the opportunity to support and help each other across borders, but also to learn from each other, to share ideas, know-how and best practices. A good example is the so called Hands-on Training program that took place in Panamá City last month. A dedicated expert – in this case Dieter Baier, MBE AT 0005 in Brunn / Austria - took some time off to explain to his colleagues in Panama how he started his very successful Graphic & Printing profit center.

Dieter mixed theoretical aspects with practical application, and the group received valuable eye-to-eye input, from franchisee to franchisee. Together they analyzed the market and evaluated opportunities, created designs and offers and practiced new sales strategies. And after 5 incredible days of hard work Dieter enjoyed a well-deserved week of diving on the Caribbean coast of Panamá.
