CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA (pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30^th June 2003 and subsequent amendments)

The following information is hereby given:

• that the data supplied are handled, by being recorded and processed on magnetic supports, as regards performance of the assignment, extraction of data for statistical purposes, and in respect of the distribution of advertising material regarding the activities of Mail Boxes Etc.;

• that bestowal of data is optional, and any refusal to comply involves only renouncing the aforesaid assignment and the acceptance of business offers and proposals;

• that the interested party has the right to obtain, without delay, on the part of the owner of the handling (MBE Worldwide S.r.l. - Via Carlo Tenca 2, 20124 Milan - Italy) and processing by MBE:

a) confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data regarding the latter and communication of the same,

b) cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form, or the suspending of data processed in violation of the law,

c) the adjournment, correction, or, should it be of interest to any party, integration of data,

d) certification that the operations referred to under points b) and c) have been notified to those to whom the data were communicated and circulated, except for cases in which such performance should turn out to be impossible or involve the use of means that are obviously out of proportion to the rights being safeguarded,

e) to know, through access free of charge to the register, referred to in Articles 7 and 8 of Italian Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30^th June 2003, of the existence of data processing that may concern it, as well as reject, free of charge, either wholly or partially, the processing of personal data regarding it.

Si informa:

• che i dati forniti vengono trattati, mediante registrazione ed elaborazione su supporti magnetici per l'estrazione di dati a fini statistici e per l'invio di materiale pubblicitario relativo alle attività Mail Boxes Etc.;

• che il conferimento dei dati ha natura facoltativa e l'eventuale rifiuto di rispondere comporta esclusivamente la rinuncia a ricevere offerte e proposte commerciali;

• che l'interessato ha diritto di ottenere senza ritardo, a cura del titolare del trattamento MBE Worldwide S.r.l. - Via Carlo Tenca 2, 20124 Milano:

a) la conferma dell'esistenza o meno di dati personali che lo riguardano e la comunicazione dei medesimi,

b) la cancellazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione di legge,

c) l'aggiornamento, la rettificazione ovvero, qualora vi abbia interesse, l'integrazione dei dati,

d) l'attestazione che le operazioni di cui ai punti b) e c) sono state portate a conoscenza di coloro ai quali i dati sono stati comunicati e diffusi, eccettuato il caso in cui tale adempimento si riveli impossibile o comporti un impiego di mezzi manifestamente sproporzionato rispetto al diritto tutelato;

e) di conoscere, mediante accesso gratuito al registro di cui agli articoli 7 e 8 del Decreto Legislativo 196 del 30 giugno 2003 l'esistenza di trattamenti di dati che possono riguardarlo nonché di opporsi gratuitamente, in tutto o in parte, al trattamento di dati personali che lo riguardano.
