Qualified candidates will be contacted by Mail Boxes Etc. and receive more detailed specifications.

2. Discovery Days

The most qualified applicants will be invited to attend a two-day meeting at Mail Boxes Etc. headquarters in Milan, Italy. These meetings are of fundamental importance and act as the first step for gaining extensive knowledge of the Mail Boxes Etc. business model and the chance to become a Master Licensee.

3. Develop a business plan

With the support of MBE Worldwide, applicants will evaluate all economic, financial, sales and marketing factors, in addition to drafting a preliminary business plan.

After having met several Master Licensees who will have shared their own experiences, applicants will be visited by a Mail Boxes Etc. representative to further discuss their business plan and the master franchise contract.

4. Selection Board Approval

A board made up of several Master Licensees will examine all aspects related to each application and decide whether to approve it.

Once the board’s approval has been granted, the applicant and MBE Worldwide will sign a preliminary agreement.

5. Master Franchise Agreement

A master franchise contract will then be drawn up, stipulating the agreement reached between the applicant and Mail Boxes Etc., and the master license fee must be paid to MBE Worldwide.

6. Training and Business Launch

The Master Licensee will attend an intensive 4-week training course at MBE Worldwide headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Then, once the pilot store in their country is up and running, the Master Licensee will begin to set up their own organization and develop their own local network.
