Master Licensee

The Master Licensee holds the exclusive right to lead and develop the growth of a Mail Boxes Etc. network in one or more countries.

The Master Licensee, referred to as Master Franchise, acts as the Mail Boxes Etc. head office for their territory and are responsible for adapting the Mail Boxes Etc. concept to the local reality, opening and running the pilot store, fostering harmony amongst affiliates and providing support for all affiliate locations.

A Master Licensing agreement is the most widespread and effective way of developing the Mail Boxes Etc. business model on an international level.

Mail Boxes Etc. awards qualified applicants – individuals, groups or companies – the chance to acquire a Master License, and with it the right to create and run their own territorial network of affiliates.

Investment capital and managerial skills are not enough to become a Master Licensee. You must possess a strong flair for business, a long-term outlook, authority and leadership.

Thanks to franchising, the Master Licensee has the chance to develop their Mail Boxes Etc. network with low capital investment: the system offers the chance to generate income from the sale of the licences and royalties applied to each Mail Boxes Etc. store operating in your territory, in addition to proceeds from the MBE stores run directly by the Master Licensee.
